A 20% restocking fee is charged for refunds and some
exchanges. For custom orders (made to order), a 50% fee is charged for returns, e.g. photographic prints.

Process for an exchange
or refund:
The
item
must be unused and in its original condition (no damage, no
broken
seals, original packaging). If it has been used, it will not
be exchanged or refunded.
Send an
email
to tell us your:
order
identification (number from the packing slip that was included with
your shipment)
quantity
and description of items to return
the
reason
whether
you would like a refund or a replacement
We
will reply with
instructions and an RMA# (return material authorization number) for you
to
include when you return the item in its original shipping
packaging.
Packages received without an RMA# will be ignored.
