Did you make a mistake on your order, or do you regret your purchase? 
A 20% restocking fee is charged for refunds and some exchanges.
For custom orders (made to order), a 50% fee is charged for returns, e.g. photographic prints.

Process for an exchange or refund:
The item must be unused and in its original condition (no damage, no broken seals, original packaging).  If it has been used, it will not be exchanged or refunded.

to tell us your:  
We will reply with instructions and an RMA# (return material authorization number) for you to include when you return the item in its original shipping packaging.

Packages received without an RMA# will be ignored.
